Congrats to you, Maryland, on joining the ranks of legalized online gaming states. Thanksgiving is a great day to appreciate family and friends and food, but it’s an even better day to appreciate football. Three NFL games will be played on Thanksgiving, and all you have to do is bet on the outcome of one to get some easy money with BetMGM after a TD is scored.

Game One: Bills @ Lions One: Bills @ Lions

For the second consecutive week, the Bills will play in Detroit, but unlike on Sunday, it’ll be a game against the Lions – 2022’s been a weird NFL season. The Bills are 7-3, coming off a win last week against the Browns that was far too close for a team that just a couple weeks ago seemed destined for an AFC Championship. The Lions are coming off a big win against the Giants in an upset victory that proved New York is a fraudulent team and that Detroit’s better than their 4-6 record shows.

At the beginning of the year, calling this game would’ve been a no brainer, but Josh Allen has not been playing like his MVP-caliber-self and the Lions have a tough team to beat at home on Thanksgiving. Their offense has really come to life recently, but the Bills defense is still one of the strongest in the league.

At the end of the day, the Bills’ struggles have shown in recent weeks, but they’re still one of the most stacked rosters in the NFL. A Thanksgiving game in Detroit might be a tight one, but with everything Buffalo has going for them and the Lions having lost five straight on Thanksgiving, a Buffalo money-line bet is the way to go for the early game.

Game Two: Giants @ Cowboys

The battle for second place in the NFC East comes to a head-to-head battle on Thursday, as the Giants have now officially been ousted as a fraudulent team and Dallas embarrassed the Vikings in Minnesota on Sunday night. Both teams are sitting at 7-3, and the last time they met, Dallas won by a touchdown, 23-16.

Neither of these teams have been incredibly consistent. Aside from the loss to Dallas, the Giants two losses came to Geno Smith and the Seahawks and last week to the Lions. Dallas lost to Philadelphia, but their other two defeats were to the two oldest and most washed quarterbacks in the league in Brady with the Bucs and Rodgers with the Packers. This is a game that could legitimately go either way, regardless of the fact that Vegas has the Cowboys at -8.5.

Regardless of what Vegas has to say, this is a coin-flip odds game, and after being outed as a fake team last week, it’s the Giants turn to do the same thing for Dallas. Dak’s been mediocre since his return, and Daniel Jones has been playing, well, as good as Daniel Jones can. The running game is going to be the difference maker between these two teams. New York’s miles ahead with Barkley in the backfield, so ride with the Giants win in Dallas.

Game Three: Patriots @ Vikings

The third and final game of Thanksgiving will be played in Minneapolis with the Vikings hosting Mac Jones and the Patriots, who snuck-out a last minute win against the Jets on a punt-return touchdown with only a few seconds left on the clock on Sunday. The Vikings, on the other hand, spent their night getting waxed by Dallas in a 40-3 loss that was just painful for everyone watching.

The Vikings are 8-2 despite that embarrassment on Sunday against Dallas, and they’ve still got an overall more dominant than the Patriots can even dream of this season. Mac Jones is fine, but he’s not surrounded by weapons like Dalvin Cook, Justin Jefferson, and TJ Hockenson in the same way that Kirk Cousins is. Combined with the home field advantage, there isn’t a lot in this game that bodes well for the Pats.

As long as Kirk Cousins can keep it together in a short week, this game is going to be no problem for Minnesota. Make the smart pick and go with the Vikings to win against the Pats.

No matter what happens in these games, don’t forget to place a $10 moneyline bet and get $200 back when a touchdown is scored!
