NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSORS. The Dr Squatch × Almost Friday Nashville Weekend Getaway Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Dr Squatch, LLC and Friday Beers Inc. (collectively, the “Sponsors”). THE PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM.

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, New York and Florida, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, and agents of Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible. VOID IN RI, FL, NY AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Promotion begins on April 15th, 2026, at 8:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 12, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsors’ computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.

4. HOW TO ENTER. There is one (1) method of entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.

Complete and submit the online entry form available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QMHCHLM during the Promotion Period.

All entries will have equal odds of winning. Use of automated, programmed, or bulk entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  All entries become the property of Sponsors.

5. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about May 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email. The potential winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification and return any required affidavits, releases, and travel documentation. Failure to respond timely, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or failure to execute required affidavits, releases, or travel documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner, at Sponsors’ discretion. The receipt by the winner of the Prize is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A POTENTIAL WINNER OR THE WINNER (AS DETERMINED BY SPONSORS IN THEIR SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.  All decisions relating to thisPromotion are final.

7. PRIZE.One (1) winner will receive a Nashville Weekend Getaway for the winner and two (2) guests, which includes:

Approximate Verifiable Retail Value: $5,000. 

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Travel must be completed by August 30, 2026, subject to availability and blackout dates. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsors or their designee. Guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and shall be required to execute liability and publicity releases prior to travel. No substitution, assignment, transfer, or cash alternative is permitted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. 

9. TAXES. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the prize. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s irrevocable consent to Sponsors’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information, and entry for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsors’ decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding. Eligible entrants must enter through only once through either method described above. Incomplete entries and entries that fail to meet the requirements set forth herein are void. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and acknowledge entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Neither Sponsors nor any of their affiliates or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or any telephone network or Internet service providers are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, failures in connectivity, computer equipment, software, inability to access Sponsors’ websites or any online service, failure to access Instagram, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible, incorrect, or misdirected entries. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. No entries with fake usernames or false accounts will be accepted.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Instagram account who enters the Challenge through social media or the email account listed in the online registration, as applicable, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is either (i) the natural person associated with the username for the social media account and the assigned telephone number by the wireless carrier identified for this account, or (ii) the natural person associated with the email address provided with the online website entry. A potential winner will be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Sponsors reserve the right to contact entrants and all other individuals whose Instagram, phone number and/or email address is submitted as part of this promotion.  Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant whose account information, entry, social media submission, or registration information appears to be fraudulent, in violation of the rules of the social media platform on which the entry is posted, or in violation of any of the requirements these Official Rules.  Failure to abide by these Official Rules shall result in the disqualification of entrant.

12. IRREGULARITIES. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to technical failures, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond Sponsors’ control (each, an “Irregularity”) that affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of this Promotion, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. In the case of an Irregularity, Sponsors may select the potential winner from all eligible entries prior to the Irregularity (if appropriate). Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any entrant who violates these Official Rules. Any attempt by any entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsors, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents  (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, damage, or harm of any kind (“Harm”) arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize, including but not limited to any personal injury, death, loss, or damage of any kind or any other causes of action or claims related to or based on (i) an entrant’s participation in this Promotion,  (ii) acceptance, use, or misuse  of the Prize,  including without limitation travel, (iii)  an entrant’s use of any Dr. Squatch product.  

Releasees are not responsible for and have no liability for Harm (as defined below) caused by any of the following:  (i) incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by any of the equipment or software associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error; (ii) difficulty in utilizing Instagram and/or any other social media site; (iii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (v) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process; (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Challenge; (vii) any error, statement, or announcement that may give an erroneous indicator the Prize has been won; (viii) notice to a selected potential winner that is returned undeliverable to Sponsors; (ix) any Irregularity; and (x) any disruption in travel and lodging, including without limitation delayed or cancelled flights.  By participating in this Promotion, you waive any right to claim ambiguity in these Official Rules.  

14.  DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: SPONSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, CONCERNING THIS PROMOTION OR THE PRIZE.  SPONSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED IN ALL RESPECTS TO THE DURATION OF THE PROMOTION.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE SPONSORS, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE CREATION OR OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  The above disclaimers do not apply in states where prohibited.

15. DISPUTES. The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Promotion shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

16. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering this Promotion, Entrants release Instagram from any and all Harm arising from or in connection with the Promotion and/or the Prize.

17. WINNER LIST. To request the name of the winner, send a written request to: Friday Beers, Inc., 1920 Main Street Santa Monica, CA 90405, within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion.

18.  PRIVACY NOTICE. By entering the Promotion, entrant may receive marketing materials, communications, and other materials from Sponsors and other companies whose products and services Sponsors believe might interest entrants at a future date.

19.  FORCE MAJEURE. The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, terrorism, strike, fire, riot, earthquake, epidemic/pandemic, including without limitation COVID-19, actions of governmental authorities outside the control of Sponsor, or other force majeure event shall not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.
