BALTIMORE — The Saints travel to face the Ravens in Week 2, with New Orleans entering 0-1 after a 31-30 overtime loss to Detroit and Baltimore at 1-0 following a 41-23 win over Indianapolis. It is the first meeting between the teams since 2022, when Baltimore won 27-13. The Ravens lead the all-time regular-season series 6-2.
New Orleans showed plenty of offensive potential in the opener. Quarterback Tyler Shough threw for 410 yards, while Chris Olave had a career-high 182 receiving yards on 10 catches. Olave’s chemistry with Shough was one of the biggest positives from the Saints’ comeback effort against Detroit.
Baltimore opened the season with a 41-23 victory over the Colts behind Lamar Jackson and a productive offense. The Ravens also have Derrick Henry, Mark Andrews and Zay Flowers as major pieces around Jackson. However, Flowers aggravated a hamstring injury against Indianapolis and is considered day-to-day, while rookie receiver Ja’Kobi Lane reportedly suffered a wrist fracture.

The Saints will also have to account for Jackson’s mobility and Henry’s physical rushing style. For Baltimore, the focus will be on building off its convincing Week 1 performance while managing the injuries to its receiving corps.
