COLUMBIA — Kentucky enters the SEC matchup at 3-1 overall and 1-1 in conference play, while South Carolina is 2-2 and 0-2 in the SEC. Kentucky has won three straight after opening with a loss to Alabama, including a 31-21 road win over Texas A&M. South Carolina has dropped consecutive games to Mississippi State and Alabama.
Kentucky is in its first season under head coach Will Stein and has already picked up a significant road victory at Texas A&M.
